Hi, I’m Rudrani

I followed the path of pursuing a professional degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Soon after, I decided to push myself towards the interesting path of pursuing an MBA in HR from Mumbai. I am specialized in HR management, experienced in Talent Acquisition, and the founder & CEO of CoVision- an organisation with the vision to “empower professionals to be their best versions at work and life.

I have interviewed around 1000+ professionals in the past years of my work experience for top tier companies and banks such as Microsoft, HDFC, ICICI and consultancies as well as Small IT companies in India and the US.

I have had the pleasure to mentor people from various backgrounds through 1:1 sessions, CV/Resume building, communications skills and corporate etiquettes.

Outside of work, I LOVE connecting with people. Passionate about books, nature, tech, art & craft and visiting new places.

When i started it, I was learning something new everyday the Ppt slides and tasks were great and I enjoyed a lot. It helped me to improve in my english, Grammer, Vocabulary and building confidence.
